How GOLD, the agent, the partner school and accompanying staff work together to prepare and deliver a program — roles, responsibilities and what we each need from the other.

Tour Conductor Collaboration Agreement
The roles, responsibilities and lines of communication between GOLD and the tour conductor while the group is in Australia. Signed and returned before departure.

Additional Service Fees
What is charged when GOLD is asked to provide services outside the agreed program — for example a new host-family placement or a transfer after arrival.

Program Planning
Enter the program name and the arrival date. Every milestone is counted back from arrival. Dates that fall on a weekend are moved to the Friday before, so nothing slips past.
